Your mind is the garden, your thoughts are the seeds, the harvest can either be flowers or weeds.

Natalie Worobel, MA, LPC, Therapist & Owner

The Protector - INFJ - The Helper

Hi, I’m Natalie Worobel—a therapist, mom, nature lover, and someone who genuinely cares about helping people feel more empowered, connected, and in control of their lives.

As a Bahamian-American, I grew up with a different relationship to technology than most of my peers. Early on, I became aware of how digital media was shaping the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. That curiosity led me to study Communication and Philosophy, exploring how modern society and media impact our inner lives. Eventually, it became clear: I wanted to help people directly. That’s what brought me to the field of counseling.

Today, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado with over a decade of experience helping teens, adults, and parents navigate challenges like:

  • Digital media overuse (i.e. social media, gaming, porn, gambling, etc.)

  • Addiction and recovery

  • Anxiety, trauma, and burnout

  • Codependency, boundaries, and relationship concerns

  • Personal empowerment and life transitions

I draw from a wide range of approaches—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Psychotherapy, and Attachment Theory—but what matters most is tailoring our work to you. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can get curious, shift patterns, and reconnect with what matters most.

Along the way, I’ve pursued specialized training in neurofeedback, adventure and water-based therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, all of which help me meet clients with both science-backed tools and deep respect for their unique path. Whether we're untangling digital habits or working on building healthier boundaries, my work centers around helping you come home to yourself—with more clarity, resilience, and confidence.

When I’m not in session, I’m usually outside with my husband, baby, and dog—hiking, gardening, cooking for friends, or soaking up the Colorado mountains.

Therapy can be a powerful way to create meaningful change. If you’re ready to feel more present, empowered, and grounded, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
